Answering a simple craigslist ad for an administrative assistant CHANGED MY LIFE. I joined KW in May of 2015 as an administrative assistant. I quickly saw the importance of the KW systems and models and began to adapt as much as I could to my role. I knew this organization was going to afford me the opportunity to utilize my passion for helping people and animals, teaching and contributing to our community in a way I never thought possible. As I began to immerse myself in my market center and the KW culture & training, it was clear the opportunities were endless. Thru the support of my MCA, OP, Broker of Record, family, clients and agents, I was able to work my way from assistant to agent to productivity coach and now TL. My passion is to help our agents utilize the systems and models to reach their goals AND much more. While growing our market center to be the standard of real estate practice and professionalism in our market.
Outside of Keller Williams I am the mother of 4 amazing children and I run a local animal rescue with my best friend. Thru the opportunities KW has given to me I have been able to give my children a life by design and grow my rescue above anything I ever thought possible.

In 2008 Joined Keller Williams Realty. I have found that even in a down market if you stay up to date with the current market trends and the latest training and technology, you can be a success. We have recently launched Keller Williams Realty Cumberland County with 125 agents. We have a goal of doubling our office agent count which will account for 50% of our local board. Currently we are nearly 25% of our local board count and we are number one in almost every category in our Trend Metrics reports.
